【摘要】 采用分光光度法测定花青素含量,研究了4个桃(Prunuspersica(L.)Batsch.)品种在生长季中一年生枝条与叶花青素含量的动态变化。结果表明:4个桃品种在生长季中一年生枝条的平均花青素含量在0.52～0.59mg/g鲜重之间,以品种“杨屯巨桃”最高,“颐红水蜜”次之,“大仙桃”最低,且4个品种一年生枝条的花青素含量在8月中旬均达到最低值,8月中旬以后逐渐呈上升趋势;4个桃品种在生长季中叶的平均花青素含量在0.64～0.69mg/g鲜重之间,以品种“杨屯巨桃”最高,“颐红水蜜”次之,“大仙桃”最低,且4个品种叶的花青素含量在8月中旬均达到最高值,8月中旬以后逐渐呈下降趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dynamic changes during growth period of anthocyanidin content in annual branches and leaves were studied with method of spectrophotometry on 4 cultivars of peach. The results showed that: anthocyanidin content of annual branches was between 0.52～0.59 mg/gFW,and Yangtunjutao was the highest,Yihongshuimi was higher, Daxiantao was the lowest. Anthocyanidin content of annual branches was minimal in middle August. It was raised gradually after middle August; Anthocyanidin content of leaves to 4 cultivar was between 0.64～0.69 mg/gFW. Yangtunjutao was the highest, Yihongshuimi was higher, Daxiantao was the lowest.And anthocyanidin content of leaves to 4 cultivars was to tiptop in middle August.It declined lately in middle of August.更多还原
