【摘要】 目的:探讨不同的治疗方法与贝尔麻痹的预后关系。方法:选择贝尔麻痹患者108例,随机分为两组,常规治疗组54例和综合治疗组54例。常规治疗组予激素、维生素和扩血管药物治疗;综合治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用He-Ne激光、超短波和神经肌肉电刺激疗法。结果:综合治疗组总有效率为96.3%,常规治疗组为79.6%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:综合物理疗法是治疗贝尔麻痹的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to research the relationship between various methods of treatment and their prognosis on Bell’s palsy.Methods:108 cases of Bell’s palsy were randomly divided into two groups:routine treatment group(n=54) and comprehensive therapy group(n=54).Routine treatment group was given hormone,vitamin and blood vessel dilatation medicine.While the comprehensive therapy group was given He-Ne laser,ultrashortwave and neuromuscular electrical stimulation in addition to routine treatment.Results:The overall effective rate was 96.3% in comprehensive therapy group and 79.6% in routine group,with a significant difference(P〈0.01) Conclusion:Comprehensiv ephysical therapy is an effective method in treating Bell’s palsy.更多还原
