同轴型光纤干涉仪温度特性研究

【摘要】 温度特性对测量振动、应力等机械量的光纤干涉型传感器来说至关重要,不仅因为温度漂移会混入待测信号成为噪声,而且温度漂移频率极低,造成解调系统的饱和而无法正常工作。论文结合传热学一般规律,建立了同轴型光纤干涉仪的温度场模型,通过实验得出干涉仪温度系数为:104.1rad/℃/m,并结合温度场模型讨论了减小温度漂移的方法。论文的结论,对于同轴型光纤传感器的优化设计具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 When the optical fiber sensors based on the interferometer are used to measure the vibration or strain,the output signal is always affected by the temperature significantly.In order to obtain the phase signal from the interferometer output which is combined with the phase shift caused by the temperature variation,the structure of the interferometer should be specially designed.In this paper,a theoretical model of the interferometer using the coaxial structure was established to investigate the temperature effect in measuring the acoustic wave.The experimental results show that the ratio of the phase shift is 104.1 rad/℃/m when the Michelson interferometer was used with the 3 meters fiber and the Aluminum as the cylinders.
