【摘要】 我们运用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术对15例肺癌及其癌旁正常组织进行了测定。结果表明,正常和肺癌组织的FTIR光谱存在着显著差异。主要集中在磷酸单脂和二脂基团,膜脂质末端甲基和亚甲基振动,蛋白质酰胺Ⅱ带和酰胺Ⅰ带及蛋白质分子中丝氨酸,苏氨酸,酪氨酸残基的C-0(H)振动等。实验结果说明,FTIR技术可以成为诊断肺癌疾病的一种快速方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have measured the 15 malignant and normal tissues of lung directly in Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR）.The results indicate that there are the distinct differences observed in the FTIR spectra between the normal and malignant lung tissues.They mostly focus on VsPO^2-₃ VsPO^-₂ VasPO^-₂ VasCH₂ VsCH₂ δCH₂ VsC-O（H） etc.Therefore,we can hope that FTIR spectroscopy is expected to be a new fast method of diagnose lung cancer.更多还原
