【Abstract】 The effective legal protection of database is the necessary request of information society. The current several way to protect it plays different roles in the creator and its relate oblige. On the basis of our country’s reality, this article believes that our country should establish the legal framework to protect the database which takes law against unfair competition seriously.更多还原
