新型聚羧酸系混凝土高效减水剂的研制
Development and Study of A New Polycarboxylic Series Concrete High Performance Water-Reducer
【摘要】 简述了目前国内使用的减水剂存在的不足之处,并在实验室由马来酸酐、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇酯等单体物质,在水溶液中经加热,并通过过硫酸胺引发共聚反应,制得聚羧酸系高效减水剂,并对其进行了性能测试,结果说明,该减水剂具有优良的分散能力和增强效果,保持流动性的时间较长;其分散性能和增强作用效果优于萘系高效减水剂.
【Abstract】 In the paper,deficiency of water reducer used at home nowadays has been depicted,and the polycarboxylate high performance water-reducer,copolymer of maleic anhydride,macro-molecular monomer etc,has been synthesized in the aqueous system by the initiation of per-sulfate.The result shows that the water-reducer has some high dispersing ability,enhancing intensity ability,and long keeping time of fluidity,which has better dispersion and enhancement effect,compared with the naphthalene series high performance water reducers.
