【Abstract】 In this study,mineral oil was selected to protect HeLa cells when they were in the vacuum or implanted.After having studied on different protective time,researchers believe that the protective time of 2 min~6 min is best,and the survival level of protective cells was much higher than comparison.It can be concluded that the protective effect of mineral oil was very optimistic.更多还原
