稀土镧对电镀金刚石工具性能的影响

【摘要】 以普通亮镍镀液为基础,分别制备亮镍和镍镧镀层表面及截面试样,用显微硬度计观察表面、断面组织并测定硬度,随着镧含量的增加,镀层硬度发生变化,当LaC l3.7H2O达到5 g/L时,镀层硬度最高为475HV,比亮镍镀层高77HV。在万能外圆磨床上进行内圆磨削试验,计算金刚石工具的磨削比,比较了稀土改善亮镍镀层的能力,添加镧的亮镍镀层工具胎体耐磨性提高,因此工具的使用效率得到提高。研究结果表明,在镀液中添加稀土可以提高亮镍镀层的硬度和金刚石工具的磨削比。

【Abstract】 The bright nickel and the nickel lanthanum plating surface and the section test specimen are prepared separately,the observation of the surface,the cross section organization and determination of hardness degree are conducted with electron microscope.The hardness of plating surface will vary with the increase of the proportion of lanthanum,up to 475HV higher77HV than bright nickel plating when the content of LaCl3·7H2O reach 5 g/L.Inner grinding experiment was conducted on the universal cylindrical grinder,and the grinding ratio of diamond tools was calculated.Experiment results indicated that rare earth could improve the hardness of bright nickel plating layer and the grinding ratio of diamond tool could be improved by adding rare earth.
