【摘要】 试验采用九种不同形状结构的105冷压小尺寸金刚石锯片切割花岗石,其锋利性、寿命和锯切质量表现出有很大的不同,文中从理论上分析了这些差异产生的原因,提出了通过改变锯片的形状结构实现锯片锯切性能的改善,如适当增加节块前端的耐磨性。这对于指导小锯片的设计和制造具有很好的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nine kinds of small diameter saw blades with different figures are used to cut granite in the test.These blades showed great differences in terms of cutting rate,life span and quality of cutting.This paper analysed the reasons of the above differences.Some suggestions are given to improve the performances of the blades,such as increasing the forepart of the segments.更多还原
