飞秒光脉冲破坏阈值的解析分析
Analytical description of the damage threshold of femtosecond pulses
【摘要】 通过对速率方程求解,得到了双曲正割光脉冲在介质表面引起的电子密度的解析表达式,导出了脉冲通量密度与破坏脉宽阈值的解析关系式。利用解析式就波长为1053nm的光脉冲对熔石英表面的破坏过程进行了计算,得到的介质损伤阈值与脉宽的变化关系与前人研究的结果一致。
【Abstract】 The analytical expression for the electron density induced by a hyperbolic secant pulse is deduced,and an explicit expression for the threshold pulse width in terms of the fluence density is derived.By means of these expressions,damage threshold of the fused silica irradiated by 1053nm femtosecond pulses is calculated which is in agreement with those reported by others.
