LD侧面泵浦Nd∶GdVO4电光调Q激光器研究
Study on E-O Q-switched Nd∶GdVO4 Laser Side-pumped by Laser Diode
【摘要】 通过理论分析和实验研究,从泵浦效率、调Q性能、温度特性等几个方面比较了脉冲二极管泵浦Nd∶GdVO4激光器和Nd∶YAG激光器的差异;对Nd∶GdVO4激光器采用侧面泵浦的方式,电光调Q得到了输出能量27.5mJ,脉冲宽度为6.4ns,泵浦效率远高于Nd∶YAG激光器。
【Abstract】 An E-O Q-switched Nd∶GdVO4 laser side-pumped by a diode-laser-array has been demonstrated.The characteristic difference between E-O Q-switched Nd∶GdVO4 and Nd∶YAG laser is analyzed in pump efficiency,Q-switched performance and temperature characteristics.An output energy of 27.5mJ and a pulse width of 6.4ns are obtained.The pump efficiency is higher than Nd∶YAG lasers.
