光纤阵列自动测量系统的研制
Development of Auto-measuring System for Fiber Array
【摘要】 该系统依靠计算机图像处理和识别技术,应用高精度的运动平台,结合光栅尺的反馈数据,识别并测量出光纤阵列各个纤芯的位置,从而计算出纤芯与纤芯间的相对距离,实现自动测量,其测量精度可达0.1μm。并自动分析和输出测量结果供生产监控,极大地提高了测量精度与生产效率,实现了光纤阵列检测的自动化。
【Abstract】 Based on computer image processing and recognition technolgy,and applying high-precision motion table and laser linear encoder,this system can recognise and measure every fiber core in fiber array.Then the system figures out the distance between fiber core and other,and measuring precision level can be achieved 0.1μm.The system can automatically analyze and export measuring result to production controller,so measuring precision and efficiency of production can be powerfully improved.The system come true automatic measurement for fiber array.
