1.3xμm波段掺钕晶体激光治疗机
Development of Nd∶YAG and Nd∶YAP Laser Therapy Apparatus Operating around 1.3xμm Wavelength Range
【摘要】 通过控制介质膜系对不同激光波长的透过率,分别研制了1341.4nm Nd∶YAP激光治疗机和1319nm、1338nm单一谱线以及1319nm/1338nm同时双波长Nd∶YAG激光治疗机,实现了光纤终端平均功率均超过100W的激光输出,电光转换效率大于4.8%。
【Abstract】 By controlling the transmissirity at the different laser wavelengths,we developed a series of laser therapy apparatus operating around 1.3xμm wavelength range.These apparatus achieved an average output power of more than 100W at the output end of the fiber,and the conversion efficiency of more than 4.8%.
