【摘要】 用可分离双参考光两次曝光全息干涉法叙述了测量物体变形的方向,并设计了光路系统。用两个平面反射镜将一束扩展激光束分成两束参考光和一束物光,记录物体变形下的可分离双参考光两次曝光全息干涉图,从理论上对此作了分析,给出实验结果。

【Abstract】 The method of measuring direction of mechanical deformation by detachable-double-reference-beam double-exposure holography is proposed. In the optical system designed,a spread beam is divided into two reference beams and one object beam with the help of the two planar mirrors. Thus the double-exposure interferogram of the measured object under constant deformation can be recorded. Informations of deformation direction are analyzed in theory. The method of using detachable-double-reference-beam double-exposure holography to measure deformation direction is described. Experimental results are given.
