基于红外技术的检测控制装置
A Study of Measurement Controlling Equipment Based on Infrared Technique
【摘要】 文章提出了一种采用红外技术对物体直径进行检测的实现方法。通过调节系统精度,检测物直径大于50μm均能实现自动检测。介绍了该系统工作流程及主要功能模块设计原理。该系统适用于纺织、机械、食品等实际工业应用场合,对生产产品进行实时现场质量检测控制,具有稳定可靠、快速、高精度的特点。
【Abstract】 A method to monitor the examination object diameter based on the infrared technique is showed.Through regulate the system accuracy,it can realize auto control monitor and the examination diameter bigger than 50μm.The workflow and main function models in the design is introduced.The system is suitable for actual application environment such as textile,machine,food equipments,etc.It realizes the control of quantity examination of production in line,and has characteristics of stable rapid and high precision.
