【摘要】 加快旅游行业协会的发展是促进我国旅游业发展的必然要求。从国外经验来看行业协会的发展模式有两种,一种是市场自发生成的斗争模式,一种是政府主导构建的同属模式,但是不管哪种模式都强调行业协会的自主性,而我国旅游行业协会发展的突出问题是,旅游行业协会缺乏自主性。笔者认为应当把我国旅游行业协会由政府主导改造成为以大旅游企业主导,同时区分旅游行业协会和旅游主管部门的职责,政府通过立法来培育旅游行业协会的发展。更多还原
