频率扫描法标定法布里-珀罗腔的锁定模式
Frequency Scanning Technique to Calibrate F-P Etalon’s Locked Mode
【摘要】 提出了一种新的法布里-珀罗腔锁定模式标定方法——频率扫描法,并对该方法进行了理论推导和实验研究。在实验中,利用该方法标定出法布里-珀罗腔的锁定模式数为1996,并通过频点预测验证了方法的准确性。该方法简单易行,完全符合标定的精度要求。
【Abstract】 A novel calibrating technique, frequency scanning calibration, was introduced and the theoretical derivation and the experiment were demonstrated. In the experiment, the mode number of the locked mode of the F-P etalon was calibrated to be 1996 using the proposed technique. A validation was carried out with frequency prediction method.
