【Abstract】 This paper mainly studied the theory and methods of process modularity in hospital’s management.It discussed how to construct modular hospital operation process based upon its operation process series analysis,presented its construction,operation and organization structure modules.The coupling relationship and integration effect between process modular were also studied.From systems science’s view,it’s the key to improve hospital’s whole performance.The study presented powerful theoretic foundation and implemental instructions to R Hospital Group while it implement process reengineering that matches its new management mode.更多还原
