【摘要】 本文通过研究发现北京城区教育信息化存在的问题,这属于发达地区的教育信息化问题,对全国来讲具有很强的先导意义。因此,本文在首都教育大战略的视角下提出相应的战略对策,如建立区域教育信息化专项资金制度,均衡发展各校；在区域机构人事方面进行相应的战略调整；建设区域教育信息化应用评估体系；加强区域优质教育资源库建设,发展现代远程教育,从而促进首都教育信息化的跨越式发展和可持续发展。更多还原
