【摘要】 目的探讨全院所有消毒灭菌器械集中到消毒供应中心一体化管理的成本效益情况。方法全院所有消毒灭菌器械进行集中处置,选取临床科室的剖宫包、产包、人流包、阻生牙包、缝合包里的各种器械进行消毒前后的对照,对各种费用进行准确的成本核算,与各科室分散消毒处置比较。结果各类器械包洗涤包装的护理时数与工作质量实施前后比较,经χ2检验,P≤0.05,差异有显著的统计学意义。集中处置较分散处置成本有明显的降低。结论全院消毒灭菌器械一体化管理质量效益明显增加,并成功地一次性通过广东省卫生厅组织的专家审核验收,成为消毒供应中心管理的最佳模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of a new quality-benefit management mode of sterilizing medical appliances.Methods All medical instruments were collected and sterilized in a centralized management mode.Five sets(caesarean section set,abortion set,artificial abortion set,impacted teeth set and sewing set) were picked from all centralized management sterilized medical instruments and compared before and after the new management mode.All kinds of costs in the new management mode were accurately measured and compared with those in the previous interspersed management mode.Results There were significant differences of packing time and quality between before and after new management mode(Chin-square test,P≤0.05).Costs of centralized management were lower than those in the interspersed management(P≤0.05).Conclusion Quality and benefit are greater in centralized management mode.The management mode passes examination and is accepted by experts of Guangdong hygienic office successfully.It is the optimum management mode in sterilized supply center.更多还原
