【摘要】 目的了解急诊原发性高血压病患者的社会功能缺陷和社会支持状态。方法选择2002年5月至2004年12月在中国医科大学附属第一医院急诊科就诊的原发性高血压病患者87例和同期门诊高血压病患者61例,分别进行社会功能缺陷筛选量表和社会支持评定量表的测试。结果社会功能缺陷评分比较中,急诊患者的婚姻职能、父母职能、社会性退缩、家庭外的社会活动、家庭内活动、家庭职能和个人生活自理等各条目评分均明显高于门诊组(P<0.05或P<0.01),但两组间职业和工作、对外界的兴趣、关心和责任心、计划性等指标无明显区别(P均>0.05)。社会支持总分中,急诊组的社会支持总分、客观支持分、主观支持分和对支持的利用度评分均明显低于门诊组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。社会支持分项评分比较中,急诊组的您与朋友、您与邻居、您与家庭成员、近1年居住环境、遇到困难时获得经济支持来源、遇到困难时获得精神安慰来源、遇到烦恼时的倾吐方式和遇到烦恼时的求助方式等均明显低于门诊组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论急诊就诊的原发性高血压患者的社会功能缺陷明显,且社会支持状态较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the social disability and social support state of the patients with hypertension in Emergency Department.Methods Eighty-seven patients with primary hypertension in the Emergency Department and 61 patients with primary hypertension in the Outpatient Department from May 2002 to December 2004 were surveyed by Social Disability Screening Schedule and Social Support Evaluation Schedule.Results The scores of marriage function,parents function,social withdraw,outdoor social activity,indoor activity,family function and self-care state of the emergency group were significantly higher than those in the outpatient group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).But there was no significant difference on the scores of occupation,job,interests,care,responsibility or plan(P>0.05).In the total score of social support,objective support score,subjective support score,and the use of support in the emergency group were much lower than those in the outpatient group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In the compare of social support scores,the scores of friends,neighbors,family members,living conditions of the last year,financial support during troubles,mental support during troubles,outlet style during troubles,and style of asking for support during troubles in the emergency group were obviously lower than those in the outpatient group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The patients with primary hypertension in Emergency Department have more significant social disability and received poorer social support.更多还原
