基于粗糙集与模糊规则的变压器故障诊断方法
A fault diagnosis method for power transformer based on rough set and fuzzy rules
【摘要】 引入了一种基于粗糙集约简并结合模糊规则的方法进行变压器故障诊断。该方法从变压器故障判别表出发,首先使用粗糙集理论进行决策表约简,在保持故障判别表分类能力不变的条件下,去除了变压器故障诊断知识中大量的冗余特征,然后结合模糊集合理论和模糊推理,计算出各个约简后的决策规则的模糊隶属度,最终得到故障类型的判断。实例表明,本方法可以有效地进行模糊推理并得到正确的诊断结果。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a rough set based fuzzy logic technique which can diagnose faults in transformers.By applying rough set theory to the fault classification table,the reduct of the decision table can be obtained.Rules generated from a reduct are usually more general and concise than that generated from the original table while having the same classification ability.By using fuzzy method,the fuzzy membership function of each fault diagnosis decision rules are confirmed,and finally the fault type of the transformer is diagnosed.The application of this method to some transformers has yielded promising results.
