电厂冷却水工程及Y型取排水口分析

【摘要】 电厂冷却水的取水温度是影响凝汽器真空、从而影响机组运行效率的重要因素之一。结合重叠式取排水口布置,对Y型布置进行了深入的研究,选取k-ε模型对其进行了三维数值模拟,围绕取水温度对Y型取排水口的水力、热力性质及优化性能进行了探讨。结果表明,Y型取排水口布置用于重叠式的优化效果达不到预期目标。

【Abstract】 In power plant,the intake temperature of cooling water influences the vacuum of the condenser and the efficiency of the generating unit.Combined with the eclipsed form,Y-type water intake-outlet arrangement was studied.Based on The k-ε two-equation model,3D numerical simulation was done on inlet temperature,and the hydraulic and thermal characteristics of the arrangement were presented.The optimization problem was also explored and the results indicate that the Y-type(eclipsed) form arrangement is not superior to the original one.
