【摘要】 设计了一种新型环保灶具。以全预混燃烧的方式降低燃气灶具氮氧化物的排放量,通过实验比较的方法确定灶具引射器的方案,选取多孔介质为火盖材料,并进行了火盖厚度及其固定方式的改进。给出了灶具设计的总体流程,通过测试分析了其污染物排放特性。

【Abstract】 A novel domestic appliance of environmental protection was designed.The fully premixed combustion was imposed to reduce the emission of domestic appliance.The injector was adopted after comparing in the experiments.Porous mediums were employed as the material for the head of burner.The thickness and means of installation were mended later.The general procedure of the design for range and the analysis of pollutants emission after testing were shown.
