基于RS485网络的铸造生产线控制系统的研制

【摘要】 基于RS485网络技术构筑28个节点的集成PLC和智能仪器的铸造生产线控制系统。网络通信采用Modbus通信协议,网络连接器、电缆和中继器按PROFIBUS总线要求安装施工,系统RS485网络通过RS232/485转换器与PC主站连接。主站与从站采用查询问答方式,系统提供以太网接口,支持远程查询铸造生产线的运行状态和历史数据。基于485网络的控制系统结构合理、造价较低,实际应用表明该系统稳定可靠。

【Abstract】 Constructs 28 nodal casting production line control systems of integrated PLC and intellectual instrument on the basis of RS485 network technology.Network communication adopt Modbus communication agreement.Network connector,cable and repeater install constructing according to PROFIBUS bus requirement.Systematic RS485 network connects with PC main station through RS232/485 converter.The main station,with adopting and inquiring about the question and answer way from the station.The system offers Ethernet interface,support and inquire about and cast the operation state of the production line and historical data long-rangly.Reasonable on the basis of the control system structure of 485 networks,the fabrication cost is relatively low,it is reliable that practical application indicates that should be systematic and steady.
