【摘要】 在实际生产中,由于热处理产生的变形,对后续工序的影响是至关重要的,有些贵重材料和一些机器中的重要零部件,因变形过大而导致报废。为减小和控制热处理变形,笔者从选用钢材、合理设计工件形状、制定必要的预先热处理、制订合理的热处理工艺、正确的热处理操作方法等方面提出了有效措施。通过这些措施,使热处理的变形得到有效的控制。更多还原
