基于ADAMS的多级液压油缸建模与仿真

【摘要】 介绍了多级液压油缸的结构和工作原理,利用ADAMS软件,通过将多级液压油缸分解成多个单级液压油缸,建立了多级液压油缸机械-液压耦合动力学仿真模型。以某型号矿用自卸汽车为例,进行了液压举升系统的仿真,并进行了现场试验,试验结果验证了仿真模型。仿真和试验结果表明,多级液压油缸工作中,在各级缸筒伸出瞬时,液压油缸无杆腔内会出现较大的液压冲击。

【Abstract】 The structure and work principle of the multistage hydraulic cylinder was introduced.Using ADAMS software,the multistage hydraulic cylinder was decomposed to some single stage hydraulic cylinders,its mechanism-hydraulic coupling dynamic simulation model was established.The hydraulic lift system of some mining dump truck was simulated and the test was done.The test results validate correctness of the simulation model,and indicate that the oil pressure impulse appears in the rodless cavity of the multistage hydraulic cylinder at the time of every cylinder outing while working.
