数控车系统刀具补偿的一种改进算法
A New Algorithm to Tool Compensation of Numerical Control Turning System
【摘要】 提出了以假想刀尖点为刀位点的刀具补偿偏移算法,车床CNC系统以此为基础,可以开发直接根据实际对刀点进行编程加工的刀补控制程序,使数控车床的编程、对刀操作简洁、方便。
【Abstract】 An excurion algorithm to tool compensation with imaginary tool nose spot as tool position spot was put forward.With the method,a tool compensation controlling program which can control turning operation based directly on actual adjusting tool spot can be developed for the computer numerical control(CNC) system of lathe.That provides a convenient way to program and adjust tool.
