神经网络在复杂液压系统故障诊断中的应用
Fault Diagnosis of Complicated Hydraulic System Using Neural Network
【摘要】 尝试将BP神经网络应用于液压系统的故障诊断,阐述了基于BP神经网络的故障诊断专家系统的基本结构及知识库组建的方法。结合工程机械液压系统,建立了适合复杂系统故障诊断的复合神经网络结构。该诊断系统具有知识库规模小、推理速度快、推理过程及结论明确等优点。
【Abstract】 The BP neural net was used for fault diagnosis of hydraulic system,the basic configure of the net and the design of the knowledge base were described.According to the engineering machinery hydraulic systems,a complex-network for the fault diagnosis of complicated system was established.The diagnosis system has the characteristics of small scale knowledge base,fast reasoning speed,clear reasoning process and conclusion.
