影响测微仪测头临界脱离频率因素的研究
Study on Factors of Influencing Inductive Probe Critical Frequency
【摘要】 为了改善电感测微仪测头的动态响应性能,找出测头的临界脱离频率,对影响测微仪测头临界脱离频率的因素进行了理论分析,并通过试验台对测头的刚度、质量及预压量等因素对其产生的影响进行了验证。试验结果表明:在对电感测微仪测头的设计中,合理增加刚度和预压量、减少活动部分的质量可以提高测头的动态响应性能。
【Abstract】 To improve dynamic response performance of inductive probe,the key problem is to find the probe’s critical frequency.The factors influencing the probe’s critical frequency was analyzed technically,and the complications effecting the probe such as its stiffness,mass and pre-compression capacity were verified through the test rig.The test results indicate that increasing reasonably the probe’s stiffness and pre-compression capacity and reducing the mass of movable part may enhance its dynamic response performance.
