非圆表面磨削加工关键技术的研究
Study about Key Grinding Technique of Non-circle Section
【摘要】 对于具有种类多、高精度和高频响伺服控制要求的非圆截面零件加工,其工件变速及进给技术对加工精度影响很大。本文介绍了非圆加工技术的国内、外发展现状,综述了近年来广泛应用的一种新型伺服驱动进给装置———直线电动机的基本原理及特点,建立了椭圆形典型非圆零件表面磨削加工的数学模型,并利用PMAC(Programm ab le mu lti-axis con-troller)时基控制法及变速控制,进行了椭圆零件表面精密磨削加工试验,为推动直线电动机及PMAC在高速高精度数控机床中的应用打下基础,对非圆零件的磨削加工具有深远意义。
【Abstract】 To the manufacture of non-circle section parts,the key technique about feed and shift has significant influence on precision.The status quo of the manufacture of non-circle section parts was introduced.The basal principle and specialty of linear motor was introduced simply in home and broad.The modeling of the grinding of non-circle section parts was done.In the precise manufacture experiment of elliptic parts surface,the problems of linear motor’s servo control technology and anti-magnetism were(researched) by using time-base method and shift control of PMAC.The results of research promote the application of linear motor in the high-speed precise NC machine tools.It is significant for the manufacture of non-circle section parts.
