【摘要】 在指出了目前数控设备通信中存在的问题及几种DNC联网方式的缺点的基础上,论证基于工业以太网的DNC系统的可行性。给出了用工业以太网控制数控设备的网络结构,指出了该DNC系统所具有的功能和特点,重点分析了基于工业以太网的DNC中的通信技术。基于工业以太网的DNC系统性能可靠,易于在企业中推广和应用,具有广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the problems of numerical control machines in communication at present and the faults of several DNC systems.The feasibility of DNC system based on industrial Ethernet was proved,the network structure was given and system characters and functions of controlling NC machines with industrial Ethernet were presented,the communication technologies of DNC system based on industry Ethernet were analyzed in detail.The DNC system based on industry has reliable performance,which is prone to promote and apply in enterprises and has broad application prospect.更多还原
