基于遗传算法在数控加工仿真中切削参数优化研究
The Optimization Study of the Cutting Parameters in the NC Manufacturing Simulation Based on Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 论述具有切削参数优化模块的虚拟仿真系统,其利用VB语言编制了虚拟仿真系统和NC代码编译器,从NC代码中提取切削参数,应用遗传算法对其进行优化,通过合理地选择切削参数,提高了数控车床的利用率,降低了生产成本,并用实验验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
【Abstract】 The virtual simulation system with cutting parameter was dissertated.The system generates the virtual simulation system and the NC code compiled with VB,extracts the cutting parameter from the NC codes,and optimizes the parameters with Genetic Algorithm.By selecting the cutting parameters rationally,the efficiency of NC lathe was improved,the production cost was reduced.The correctness and validity of the method was examined and certified by experiments.
