数控滚齿机中“零传动”工件轴的精确从动
Precise Driven of Zero-drive Work-shaft in CNC Gear Hobbing Machine
【摘要】 在分析全数控滚齿机运动要求及其实现方法的基础上,引入了零传动工件轴的概念并讨论了其优点,通过保证零传动工件轴伺服刚度的控制结构及对其采用PID参数自适应调整策略,提高了零传动滚齿机的加工精度。
【Abstract】 Based on analyzing CNC gear hobbing machine’s movement demand and its realization method,the conception of zero-drive work-shaft was put forward,and its advantages were discussed.With this control construct which can guarantee servo stiffness of zero-drive work-shaft and PID parameter adaptive adjustment strategy,the machining accuracy of zero-drive CNC gear hobbing machine was improved.
