图形化数控车床自动编程系统的研究与开发
Research and Development of Graphic Automatic Programming System for NC Lathe
【摘要】 根据数控车削加工工艺的特点将其分解为各种特定的工步,在自行开发的二维图形软件包上实现对各工步零件轮廓外形的图形描述。通过人机交互方式对加工工艺参数进行设定,完成刀位轨迹的自动生成、仿真显示以及G代码程序的输出,实现了从CAD直接到CAM的图形交互式数控车床自动编程。
【Abstract】 The machining technics of NC lathing was divided into a series of workingsteps,and a two-dimension graphic software was developed to draw the graphic of the part profile for each workingstep.Through setting the machining technic parameters by man-machine interface,the generation and simulation of the tool path and the automatic output of NC program were fulfilled and the graphic automatic programming for NC lathe from CAD to CAM was realized.
