【Abstract】 Right is an unceasingly developing and opening system. In the legal system,we often treat right issues in a fixed thinking style,forgetting about the existence of the right of habit and morality.We only recognize the laws made by the state,which not only repelled a large number of common laws but also denied the compatibility of social and cultural value,moral concept of ethics and the state laws.In different historical periods and different social relations,the legal inferior right and the leading legal right may infiltrate,influence even transform each other.更多还原
