【摘要】 本试验对褪黑素埋植剂进行了小鼠的急性和亚急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠微核试验和精子畸形试验,结果显示褪黑素埋植剂的小鼠腹腔注射急性毒性试验LD50为255.91±41.188 mg/kg,亚急性毒性试验显示血液生化指标正常;各器官组织切片无病理性变化;A-mes试验、小鼠微核试验和精子畸形试验结果无致突变、不会诱发小鼠体细胞染色体和精子发生畸变,表明褪黑素埋植剂安全性较好,可以作为埋植制剂使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment involves in the acute toxicity test,subacute to xicity test,Ames test,the tiny nuclear test and sperm aberrance test on mice through melatonin belly injection.The results showed that the mice acute toxicity LD50 of melatonin is 255.91±41.188mg/kg.The biochemical indexes of blood is in gear and the histopathology side enunciated of each tissue had no pathologic variety.The result for the Ames test,the nuclear test and sperm aberrance test showed no mutation and sperm aberrance occured in the chromsome of mice cell and sperm,which veveals that the melatonin is secure to be an embeddling preparation.更多还原
