【摘要】 在以双肌臀大约克猪纯繁(双×双)为对照的长×双、双×长、双×杜、杜×双等二元杂交试验的基础上,以双肌臀大约克猪纯繁为对照,又测定了杜×长双、杜×双长、长×双长、双×长双三元或二元级进组合的肥育性能及胴体品质。结果表明,杜×长双组合在日增重(860.74 g)、饲料报酬(2.87:1)等主要指标上优于其它杂交组合,且瘦肉率高(68.96%)、胴体品质优良,是一个理想的外三元优势杂交组合。试验还表明,双肌臀大约克猪产仔多(12.00头)、增重较快(792.21 g)、瘦肉率较高68.30%,适应性强。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment,the fattening performance and carcass quality of the five crossbreeding combinations which were Duroc(♂)×[Landrance(♂)×Yorkshire(♀)],Daroc(♂)×[Yorkshire(♂)×Landrance(♀)],Yorkshire(♂)×[Yorkshire(♂)×Yorkshire(♀)],Landrance(♂)×[Yorkshire(♂)×Landrance(♀)],Yorkshire(♂)×[Landrance(♂)×Yorkshire(♀)]were determined.The results indicated that the cross-breeding combination of Duroc(♂)×[Landrance(♂)×Yorkshire(♀)]is superior to the others in the main indexes such as daily gain(860.74g),ratio of feed to meat(2.87:1).This combination also had high lean meat percentage(68.96%)and fine carcass quality.It was considered as the best three-way cross-breeding combination.The result of this experiment also indicated that the Canadian Yorkshire had the advantages of high productivity,quick daily gain,high lean meat percentage and good adaptability.更多还原
