【摘要】 采用剖检法和粪虫卵检查法,对大尾寒羊消化道内主要寄生虫进行了流行病学调查,阳性检出率结果表明:感染的寄生虫中蠕虫优势种为捻转血矛线虫(54.35%)、仰口线虫(28.26%)、毛尾线虫(23.91%)和柏氏血矛线虫(15.22%);绦虫为扩展莫尼茨绦虫(10.87%)和细颈囊尾幼(8.7%);吸虫为肝片吸虫(6.52%);球虫为颗粒艾美耳球虫(13.54%)和类绵羊艾美耳球虫(9.38%)。在此基础上,提出了主要寄生虫病的防治措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Major parasites existed in enteron in Henan Macro-tail Han sheep was investigated by zooto-my and scatoscopy.The results indicated the predominant species parasites and infectious rates were as fol-lows: Helminth includ H.contortus(54.35%),B.trigoncephalum(28.26%),T.ovis(23.91%) and H.placei(15.22%);M.expansa(10.87%)and C.temuicouis(8.7%);F.hepatica(6.52%);Coccidia include E.granulosa(13.54%)and E.ovinoidalis(9.38%).Furthermore,the measures of preventing and treating the parasites were suggested.更多还原
