【摘要】 通过瘤胃瘘管采集山羊瘤胃液,分离瘤胃优势菌,并在不同气体环境(纯N2、纯CO2、氩气或空气)下应用无氮培养基培养,考察瘤胃优势菌对氮气的利用情况,并初步进行了微生物学鉴定。结果表明,纯N2条件下,菌株YUAN63和菌株YUAN100在无氮培养基上能生长,与空气条件下相当,但在CO2条件下未有可见菌落,在氩气条件下仅有少数小菌落。研究结果说明了瘤胃细菌中存在一类能利用氮气的细菌,但仍需进一步确定。更多还原

【Abstract】 By collecting rumen fluid via rumen fistula,dominant bacteria were isolated and cultured under different gas conditions,including pure N₂,pure CO₂,pure Ar2 and air,to detect the utilization of N₂ in these bacteria strains and these isolates were then microbiologically identified.The results showed YUAN63 strain and strain YUAN100 could grow under pure N₂ and air condition,however,both could not grow under pure CO₂ and pure Ar2 condition.The findings indicated that some nitrogen-fixing bacteria could possibly survive in the rumen.更多还原
