【Abstract】 The paper illustrates the definition,evaluation and descriptive method of animal welfare,deeply analyzes broiler’s welfare both in production and transportation as well as the research development,in which many factors influencing the broiler’s welfare are involved,such as genetic selection,environment and nutrition,breeding management,aggressive behavior, feed restriction,ammonia levels,handling(catching) and transportation,and the stress of welfare slaughtering,in addition the relevant improving measures are brought forward.更多还原
