超排程序对波尔山羊超排效果的影响

【摘要】 本试验以波尔山羊为研究对象,对超排时间、超排程序等方面的因素对供体超排效果的影响情况进行了研究。结果表明,在供体发情周期12~17天中任一天开始超排均能取得较好的超排效果,可用胚平均数为11.50~18.91。超排程序对超排效果的影响极显著(P<0.01),超排供体注射1针PGF2α同期发情时的超排效果最好,可用胚平均数为18.0。用240IU FSH对经产波尔山羊进行超排,注射1针PGF2α同期发情时能取得最佳的超排效果。

【Abstract】 The time of superovulation in estrus cycle and superovulation program which influence the effects of superovulation in Boer goat were studied in this trial.The results showed that it can achieve a better result that the mean number of viable embryo was 11.5018.91 when donors were superovulated from the day of 12th to 17th in estrus period.The program had significantly affected the superovulation effects(P<0.05)and the donors synchronized with one dose of PGF could give the most of viable embryos(mean of 18.80).The best effect could be available when parous goats were superovulated by FSH with the dose of 240IU combining with one PGF.
