氨基苯磺酸高效减水剂合成机理的研究

【摘要】 本文分析了氨基苯磺酸高效减水剂合成环境中酸碱性影响,运用重量实验和红外光谱的方法,研究证实了氨基苯磺酸高效减水剂的合成反应机理。在合理酸碱催化作用下,形成初级生成物,然后和对氨基苯磺酸钠苯环的邻位缩合反应,同时氨基上只有一个氢和甲醛反应生成仲胺,最后形成高聚物。

【Abstract】 Based on the basic principle of acid and alkali in this article, acid and alkali of environment outside synthesized aminobenzene sulfonate high performancing water-reducing was analysized. Mechanism of the synthesization of aminobenzene sulfonate high performancing water-reducing was proved by virtue of mass experiment and infrared spectral analysis. Its mechanism was : primary reaction was formed by catalysis of proper base and acid. And then,it condensed with ortho in benzene of p-aminobenzene sulfonate, at the same time, middle amine was formed as a result of reaction between only in amido and formaldehyde. Finally, they formed polymer.
