【摘要】 网络外部性是网络产业最显著的特征,其强度的大小影响着企业的各种竞争战略(如差异化战略、定价战略、兼容性战略等),从而导致了不同的市场结构。以市场动态发展的观点,通过构建动态古诺模型,讨论网络外部性作为进入壁垒影响企业的市场进入决策以及市场结构动态调整的问题。通过对网络外部性强度作为主要参数的均衡点的稳定性分析,确定网络外部性强度是决定企业能够进入市场和获得市场竞争优势的关键因素,并对市场的动态调整过程起着决定性推动作用。因此,企业如何认识网络产业的特征从而发挥网络效应的市场壁垒作用,行业管制者如何协调企业的市场进入都将对企业竞争战略的制定及行业管制具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Network externality is the most significant feature of network industries and influences all kinds of enterprises′ competitive strategies,such as product differentiation,pricing,compatibility,etc.From the evolution point of view,by constructing dynamic Cournot model,the paper analyzes the network externalities′ effects as entry barriers on enterprises decisions of markets entries and dynamic evolution of market structure.In terms of the stability analysis of equilibrium points,which are represented by the strength degree of network externalities,the results show that the strength of network externalities plays the key role in markets entries and competitive advantages.Furthermore,the results also stress that strength of network externalities drives actively dynamic regulation of market structure.Hence,the results are useful for enterprises and social regulators to decide competitive strategies and industrial policies.更多还原
