高速数字电路特性及串扰技术研究
Research About High-Speed Digital Design Character and Crosstalk
【摘要】 介绍高速数字电路相关的电气特性和等效模型,重点讨论串扰的产生及有效防治手段,同时结合设计经验对于接地与叠层的相关技术进行了深入探讨。
【Abstract】 The electronic character and equivalent module of high-speed digital design are introduced in this paper.It focuses on the source of crosstalk and effective anti-crosstalk measure.It also contains the design skills of grounding and cross-section.
