【摘要】 目的了解社区女性性工作者商业性行为中影响安全套使用的社会、经济和文化因素,为制定社区性病艾滋病的防制策略提供依据。方法对广东省中部某镇的FSW采取面对面的定量问卷调查,收集调查对象的人口学特征、性行为、安全套使用等情况。结果共调查201名社区FSW,主要来自发廊、洗脚屋、出租屋等处,平均年龄21.8±5.31岁,89.4%为初中及初中以下文化程度,97%来自外省。FSW在商业性行为中安全套使用的阻力主要来自于嫖客以及FSW自身的侥幸心理。“首次性行为特征因子”和“最近半年是否做过性病检查”是社区FSW商业性行为中安全套使用的影响因素。结论提高社区FSW在商业性行为中安全套的使用率的行为干预应主动增加针对嫖客的干预工作内容,同时应不断改良及研发新型安全套,提高其被接受的程度;严格规范化性病门诊的建设,提高性服务人群性病艾滋病的早期诊断,提高商业性行为中安全套的使用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the factors associated with condom use during commercial sex activities among female sex workers(FSWs) in a community in Guangdong province,and to provide information for making STD/AIDS-related policies and strategies in community.Methods A town in the middle of Guangdong province was selected.Face-to-face interviews were carried out using quantitative questionaire.Results 201 FSWs were recruited mainly from beauty parlors,massage parlors,lets.The average age was 21.8±5.31 years.A total of 89.4% FSWs graduated from junior high school or had lower education.97% of them came from other provinces.The most important reason that FSWs had not used condoms during commercial sex activities was the dislike or refusal from their sex partners.Condom use was associated with the age of their first sex intercourse and taking STD examinations during last six months.Conclusions Intervention aimed at FSW’ clients should be integrated into the comprehensive intervention to promote the FSW’ condom use during commercial sex activities.Simultaneously new kind of condom should be continuously invented and meliorated to enhance the acceptance of the condoms by both FSWs and their clients.Standardized STDs clinic should be built to insure the quality of STDs treatment for FSWs,and consequently to promote the FSW’ condom use during commercial sex activities.更多还原
