【摘要】 目的了解某吸毒严重地区暗娼非保护性性行为情况。方法从社区中招募暗娼,调查其社会人口学、吸毒、性行为方式和安全套使用情况。结果在调查的343名暗娼中,近1个月与客人和固定性伴发生非保护性性行为的分别为44.3%和30.0%。多因素logistic回归模型分析显示,平均每次性服务收费低(OR=3.23,95%CI为1.97~5.28)、开始从事性服务的年龄小(OR=2.46,95%CI为1.54~3.91)和近1个月与客人性交次数多(OR=2.45,95%CI为1.45~4.14)是暗娼与客人发生非保护性性行为的影响因素;首次性行为的年龄大(OR=3.02,95%CI为1.28~7.10)和近1个月与固定性伴性交次数多(OR=13.96,95%CI为6.26~31.12)是暗娼与固定性伴发生非保护性性行为的影响因素。结论本研究结果显示该地区暗娼非保护性性行为比例高,需对该地区暗娼推广使用安全套来控制艾滋病病毒的传播流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors associated with unprotected sex behavior among female sex workers(FSWs).Methods A community-based survey was conducted to investigate demographic characteristics,drug uses and sexual behaviors in FSWs.Results Among 343 FSWs,44.3% and 30.0% had unprotected sex behavior with clients and steady sex partners in the last month,respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed lower average charge per sex service(OR=3.23;95% CI was 1.97～5.28),younger age of initiating sex work(y)(OR=2.46;95% CI was 1.54～3.91) and the total times of sex trade with clients in the last month(OR=2.45;95% CI was(1.45～)(4.14)) were independently associated with unprotected sex behavior among FSWs,respectively;eld age at first intercourse(y) (OR=3.02;95% CI was 1.28～7.10) and the total times of sex with steady sex partners in the last month(OR=(13.96);95% CI was(6.26～)(31.12)) were independently associated with unprotected sex behavior with steady sex partners among FSWs,respectively.Conclusions The results showed the unprotected sexual behaviors were popular in this area.The promotion of condom use among FSWs was urgently needed to control HIV transmission.更多还原
