【摘要】 目的评估前期开发的成年人饮食行为评价量表得分与营养素摄入量之间的关系。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法分别选取武汉市城区、宜昌市农村经济水平不同的社区进行入户调查。调查内容包括人口社会经济学特征、成年人饮食行为评价量表、食物频率调查表。结果不同成年人饮食行为评价量表得分组的大多数营养素摄入量间存在着统计学差异。量表的总得分和大多数量表各维度得分与大多数营养素摄入量间存在着相关关系。结论该成年人饮食行为评价量表得分与营养素摄入量间存在着一定的联系,可用于营养素的摄入量的估计。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relation between the nutrition intake and the scores of adult eating behavior evaluation questionnaire. Methods 1 078 eligible subjects from different economic areas were selected by stratified cluster sampling in Wuhan city and Yichang Country. The characteristics of social economy, adult eating behavior evaluation questionnaire, Short Food Frequency Questionnaire were surveyed. Results There were statistic difference between the different scores groups. There were relation between the most of the dimension scores and the nutrition intake. Conclusions There was a relation between the nutrition intake and the scores of adult eating behavior evaluation questionnaire. The estimation of the nutrition intake with the scores of adult eating behavior evaluation questionnaire could be used.更多还原
