30SiMnCrVNb细晶粒高强钢的干摩擦磨损行为
Wear of Fine Grained 30SiMnCrVNb in Dry Sliding Friction
【摘要】 对于微合金化的30SiMnCrVNb钢,通过控制锻造比获得了11~12级的奥氏体原始晶粒。研究了不同的热处理制度下该钢的显微组织、力学性能及磨损行为。结果表明:该钢的显微组织为板条马氏体,且基体上弥散分布着粒状碳化物,具有高强韧性、抗回火稳定性;载荷及滑动线速度对其耐磨性有很大的影响,随载荷的增加,其磨损形式由犁削转为粘着磨损,磨损加剧。
【Abstract】 Forged with suitable forging ratio,the initial geain size of steel 30SiMnCrVNb con be controlled in the range of 11-12 grade.The micro-structure,mechanical properties and tribological behaviors of the steel treated by different heat treatments were studied.The results show that,the microstructure of the alloy is of lath martensite,with granular carbide dispersed in matrix,the alloy has high strength,toughness and temper resistance.Load and sliding velocity affect the wear-resistance.The wear is increased with load,and the mechanism is changed from microploughing to adhesive.
