TiO2和CaO对无氟保护渣流变特性的影响
Effect of TiO2 and CaO on Rheological Property of Mold Powder Without Fluorine
【摘要】 采用改造后可变转速的粘度仪测定了不同氧化物和温度对高速连铸无氟保护渣流变特性的影响,并确定了不同条件下保护渣本构方程的形式(即修正后的本构方程)。在实验温度条件下,保护渣为牛顿流体;加入CaO后,保护渣的表观粘度显著增加,为非牛顿流体;加入氧化物TiO2后,保护渣的表观粘度略微增加;当氧化物(TiO2或CaO)的加入量达到一定后,保护渣为非牛顿流体。实验结果为深入研究无氟保护渣提供了新的思路和方法。
【Abstract】 The effect of TiO2 and CaO and temperature on rheological property of a mold powder was investigated by means of a modified rotational viscometer with variable speed.The constitutive equations of the mold powder have been determined under different conditions.A method of determining the fluid kind of molten slag was given.At the temperature of the experiment,the molten mold powder is Newtonian fluid.After adding CaO,the apparent viscosity increases quickly and the molten mold powder becomes non-Newtonian fluid.After adding certain amount of TiO2,the apparent viscosity increases slightly.The molten became non-Newtonian fluid.The experimental results have provided a new method for the further research of mold powder without fluorine.
